Step 3: Avoid Caffeine Before Bed.

In relation to getting enough sleep, you might want to put a stop to your coffee breaks around dinner time. Caffeine might make it hard for you to get your much needed beauty sleep. Drink warm milk instead if you’re thirsty.

Step 4: Motivate Yourself.
