Grudges serve no purpose. Revenge serves no purpose. These things are negative and corrupt the spirit. If you’re really determined to stop negative thinking, you’re going to have to let some of your old habits die. Learn to let go of the past. Focus on the present.

As long as you keep holding grudges, you will never be able to unshackle yourself from negative thinking. As a result, you’ll never be able to really live life as fully as you’re meant to.
